These terms govern the online sale of Berber rugs offered on the Zarda Decor website.

They are intended to define the rights and obligations of Zarda Decor and the customer during the purchase of our products through our online shop.

The rugs available for purchase on the Zarda Decor website are authentic, handcrafted products made using traditional Berber techniques. Each rug is carefully described in its product listing, including its dimensions, features, and materials.

3. Orders

All orders placed on the Zarda Decor website are subject to product availability.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase details. 

Zarda Decor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the customer.

4. Pricing

The prices of the rugs are displayed in euros (or other currencies depending on the country), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). International shipping fees are free of charge, provided that the shipping terms are respected.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of your order.

5. Payment

Payment for your order can be made securely via Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards.

Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. Your payment information is encrypted and securely handled;

Zarda Decor does not store any payment details.

6. Shipping

Shipping fees are free for all global and domestic orders through our trusted carrier.

Delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days after your order is processed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped to allow you to follow its progress.

For custom orders, delivery times will be longer and will be communicated during the quote process.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

8. Warranty

Each rug is handcrafted using traditional methods, which may result in minor imperfections.

These small variations are a testament to the artisanal nature of the product and contribute to its unique charm.

In the event of a significant defect, we offer an exchange or refund, depending on the situation.

9. Liability

Zarda Decor shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to property loss, personal injury, or financial losses caused by product use.



Additionally, Zarda Decor is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, customs delays, or other unforeseen events. While we work closely with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates in the event of such disruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Zarda Decor website (texts, images, logos, design, graphics, videos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Zarda Decor. Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements by any means without the prior written consent of Zarda Decor is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement of copyright.
